Major Redesign & Squad Study
Claritii gets its biggest visual overhaul since launch, and we’re introducing Squad — a whole new way to study together. Add friends, share your progress, compete on leaderboards, and keep each other accountable. Plus, push notifications, subject-specific colours, and a completely refined interface.
New Features
- Squad brings social study to Claritii. Add friends, see their activity in a real-time feed (what they’re studying, when they complete sessions), and compare progress on global and country-specific leaderboards. Study streaks, session counts, and total hours are tracked and ranked.
- Push notifications now keep you on track with configurable preferences. Enable reminders for upcoming sessions, completion celebrations, friend activity, and streak warnings — or pick just the ones you want.
Improvements
- The entire interface has been redesigned with a refined colour palette inspired by study environments. Every screen received attention: smoother Framer Motion animations, consistent spacing, and a more cohesive visual language across all pages.
- Every subject now gets its own colour for easy visual tracking. Chemistry is blue, English is warm amber, maths is green, biology is teal — you can identify which subject a session, card, or notification belongs to at a glance.
- Backend infrastructure has been optimised for speed. Page loads are faster, data fetching is more reliable, and the app handles concurrent users more efficiently.
Why We Built This
Studying alone can be isolating. We saw students creating Discord servers, Messenger groups, and shared Notion pages to hold each other accountable and share motivation. The insight was clear: studying is better together, but the tools for it were fragmented across different apps.
Squad brings that social dimension directly into Claritii. Add your friends, see what they’re working on in a live activity feed, and compete on leaderboards that track study time, session counts, and streaks. It’s not about pressuring anyone — it’s about shared accountability and a little friendly competition to keep you showing up.

The result is an app that feels both more polished and more intuitive — your eyes know where to look without thinking about it.
What’s Next
We’re expanding Squad with country-specific leaderboards, seasonal tiers (Bronze through Legend), and a Friends tab so you can compare study time with your actual mates rather than the global community. We’re also adding more notification types and deeper analytics to help you understand your study patterns.
