Smarter Planning
The biggest upgrade to the roadmap since launch. Your study sessions are now automatically sized to match your actual availability, your daily plan makes smarter recommendations, and workload balancing keeps your schedule manageable across all your subjects. No more cramming one subject while ignoring others.
Improvements
- Study sessions are now automatically sized to match your available time. Tell Claritii you have 2 hours free, and it spreads that time intelligently across your subjects. Only have 15 minutes between classes? You’ll get a quick flashcard or quiz session instead of a 45-minute deep dive.
- The daily roadmap now shows clearer recommendations with estimated durations, topic previews, and progress indicators. You can see at a glance what’s planned for today and how much time each session will take.
- Assessment notifications now include detailed topic breakdowns. When you paste your exam notification, Claritii extracts every dot point and maps it to specific study sessions, so nothing gets missed.
- Workload balancing automatically distributes study time across your subjects based on upcoming assessment dates and current mastery levels. Subjects with closer deadlines or lower mastery scores get proportionally more time.
Why We Built This
The first version of the roadmap gave everyone the same session lengths regardless of how much time they actually had. A student with 2 free hours got the same 30-minute sessions as someone with 15 minutes between classes. The result: some students felt overwhelmed by sessions they couldn’t fit in, while others finished early and had nothing left to do.
v2.1 introduced time-aware scheduling. You tell us when you can study, and we build your plan around those windows. A 2-hour block might give you a 30-minute flashcard session, a 45-minute practice paper, and a 30-minute quiz — spread across subjects based on what’s most urgent. A 15-minute gap gives you a quick review of your weakest topic.
We also improved workload balancing so your schedule distributes study time evenly across subjects. The roadmap now looks ahead at all your upcoming assessments and prioritises subjects based on a combination of deadline urgency and your current mastery. No more cramming one subject while ignoring another — each subject gets the attention it needs, when it needs it.
What’s Next
We’re working on specific scheduling — the ability to set exact time blocks for each day, which will give you even more control over your study plan. We’re also improving notifications so you get a gentle nudge when it’s time to start your next session.
